With over 20 years of experience in wellness and healthcare, Gena Stone began as a personal trainer and health coach, later becoming a Registered Nurse after seeing gaps in the system through hospice work. She has since cared for patients in ICU, cardiac critical care, and hospice, always advocating for dignity and compassion. Gena now serves as a trusted guide for the “sandwich generation,” simplifying healthcare and providing solutions for senior living, caregiving, and care coordination.

Co-founder of True North Senior Solutions
Cynthia Morgan, RN, brings over 20 years of nursing and healthcare leadership experience, dedicated to guiding seniors and their families with compassion and clarity. She has led teams, improved care systems, and developed programs that prioritize dignity and meaningful outcomes. Now, as Co-Founder of True North Senior Solutions, she is building a residential Assisted Living community where older adults can feel safe, supported, and able to age with grace.
